Both dates are included. A date counts as working only if its weekday is selected and it is not in your holiday list. Holidays that fall on unselected weekdays are counted as non-working weekdays, preventing double counting.
实际示例
A Monday-to-Friday range contains five working days by default. If Wednesday is entered as a holiday, the result is four working days and one holiday.
When this tool is useful
Count available workdays for a project or compare staffing windows with different schedules. Enter the actual local or organizational holiday dates; the weekday selection also supports schedules that do not follow Monday through Friday.
Common mistakes and limitations
- Both endpoints count when they are selected working weekdays and not holidays.
- No official holiday calendar is loaded automatically. Missing holidays make the working-day total too high.
Practical questions about this tool (English)
What happens to a holiday that falls on a weekend?
If its weekday is already excluded, it remains a non-working weekday rather than being subtracted twice. This keeps the total from undercounting working days.
How is this different from Business Days Calculator?
