Editorial policy and calculation methods

UtilBrix publishes tools together with explanations of their inputs, assumptions, and limitations. This page explains the scope of that content and how to report a correction. Updated 29 September 2026.

Publisher and responsibility

UtilBrix is maintained by Aman Gojariya. Tool guides are published under the UtilBrix name. They describe this site’s implementation; they do not imply review or endorsement by a government, medical professional, financial institution, or the organizations cited as references.

What a useful guide should explain

A tool guide should identify the task, explain the required inputs, describe the method, give a reproducible example, and explain where the result may be misleading. References are included where an external specification or primary source helps explain the method.

The practical guides use fictional sample data. They distinguish syntax checks from business validation, display formatting from currency conversion, and calendar assumptions from official country rules. A formula or preset must not be presented as a guarantee about an individual’s finances, health, or legal deadline.

Checks and limitations

The project includes automated checks for calculation engines, date handling, language settings, and browser utilities. Passing a test suite does not prove that every possible input or browser is supported. Verify important outputs independently and keep original documents before converting files.

Rates, holidays, taxes, and institutional rules can change. The working-day tools use the holidays you supply. Currency selection changes the display unit and does not fetch exchange rates. Tax presets are starting inputs; check the current applicable rate with the responsible authority.

Translations and search visibility

The interface supports 12 languages. Detailed editorial content is currently maintained in English, and English sections are labelled on translated interfaces. Generic translated instructions are not substituted for the specific steps of a tool.

Only pages with appropriate language content are included in search sitemaps and language-alternate metadata. Incomplete tool and policy translations remain available through navigation with noindex metadata. This is a content-quality measure, not an exemption from publisher policies.

Corrections and updates

Report a problem to support@utilbrix.com with the page address, relevant options, a non-sensitive input example, expected output, and observed output. Do not send private tokens, personal financial records, or confidential files.

Dates on practical guides indicate a substantive content update. A date does not certify an independent expert review. Corrections should update the explanation and, where relevant, the implementation and regression checks.

Advertising and editorial independence

The current application does not display advertising placements. An AdSense account verification tag and authorized-seller file identify the publisher but do not imply Google approval. If advertising is introduced, it must be distinguishable from tool actions and editorial content.

Google Analytics and Tag Manager load only after optional analytics consent. Advertising consent and any future ad serving must be configured separately using the consent requirements applicable to the visitor.
