How to use this tool

  1. Select the PDFs you want to combine.
  2. Arrange the files in the intended reading order.
  3. Merge and download the result, then check page order, orientation, and page count.

Formula & method

Each PDF is read locally and its pages copied into a new document in the displayed file order. Reordering changes that sequence. Page sizes are preserved. Document-level features such as forms, signatures, outlines, and attachments may not survive page copying.

A practical example

Merging a three-page report before a two-page appendix produces a five-page PDF in that order. Digitally signed source files do not produce a valid signed merged document.

When this tool is useful

Combine a report with appendices, collect several short documents into one attachment, or prepare an ordered reading pack. Arrange source files before merging so the final page sequence matches the way the document will be read.

Common mistakes and limitations

  • Page copying can lose document-level features such as bookmarks, attachments, or interactive form behavior.
  • A merged copy does not preserve the validity of a digital signature on an original document.

Frequently asked questions

Will all pages become the same size?

No. Source page sizes are preserved, so the merged document can contain mixed dimensions. Check printing settings if a uniform physical output is required.

Can I merge a password-protected document?

Encrypted or unsupported PDFs may be rejected by the parser. Use an authorized, unencrypted copy and preserve the originals; this tool is not a password-removal service.
